Although special care is always given to meet your specified date of delivery, with means of instructions for delivery, parcel flagging and following up/order tracking, due to relying on a third-party courier, delivery date or time cannot be fully guaranteed.

Stock Availability: Please take special note of the stock status of products before adding to cart to ensure stock processing time meets your event date.

Damaged Products: All our products are packed and handled with the utmost care. However, if your products arrive damaged, snap some photos, and get in touch. We will gladly investigate and replace the items!

Piñatas: Our piñatas are locally handcrafted with love. Due to this and their size, please order well in advance to avoid disappoint. These usually require 5 – 10 working days manufacturing time.
